Integral coaching
What you do at work affects how you sleep. How you sleep affects how you talk to the person you love. And that conversation comes back to you at work the next morning. Integral coaching takes this seriously: we work with four areas at once, because in practice they're already woven together.
Values, direction, what exceeds you and what carries you. The question you haven't yet answered for yourself — or have, but the answer no longer holds.
Thoughts, beliefs, stories you tell yourself about yourself. The ones that confine you — and the ones that could carry you further, if only you noticed them.
Breath, movement, sensory intelligence. What you knew before you knew words. Presence that begins beneath the skin.
Partnership, family, work, the world. How you treat others — and how you treat yourself. One mirrors the other.
For whom
People usually come to me when a life that used to work is starting to grind. In work — when everything is formally going well, but there's no "what for" anymore. In a relationship — when what worked for years stopped working, and it's hard to say when it changed. In the relationship with oneself — when something wants to be said, but it's not yet clear what.
I work with what's actually happening, not with what "should" be happening. No ready-made prescriptions, no hurry.
I work with women, men, and couples. As a man, I have a natural proximity to the masculine experience; women and couples I accompany with equal attention, respecting what I cannot know from within. In what is shared, we walk together.
How we work
Sessions take place on-line, without third-party messaging apps or software that listens in. Usually 60 or 90 minutes, one or two meetings a month, over three to six months.
Free, thirty minutes. You tell me what you come with. Together we check whether what I do fits what you're looking for. No obligation.
The pace is yours. We work with what actually is, not with what "should" be.
Every session ends with something concrete — something you take into the week, the month, the rest of your life.
About
Integral coach. I work with people in a period of transition who want a conversation with someone who isn't in a hurry to give them an answer.
All sessions on-line.
Integra started in 2003.
It started in the 1990s, with Tai Chi and my first attempts at meditation. I've meditated regularly since 1999.
In 2000, my stepson came into my life — born 1994, an adult now. He has Asperger's syndrome; our life together is a separate, ongoing lesson (I hope a mutual one). My daughter was born in 2001.
Between 2004 and 2010 I trained in Process-Oriented Psychology with Polish teachers in the Mindell tradition, and later in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. One school taught me to observe carefully what emerges on its own; the other, to work with what is already functioning in a client. I use both.
Aikido since 2015, first dan.
I also run a software company, founded in 2008.
